TokenInsight updates cryptocurrency exchange ratings report

December 11, 2018 By Vitali Maldashou

TokenInsight has studied a number of exchanges and published a quarterly report, highlighting top crypto platforms based on trading volume, security, and compliance.

Binance ranks first on the list, followed by Coinbase Pro, Huobi, Bitfinex и bitFlyer. According to researchers, the number of users across all platforms has dropped over the last quarter, except Bithumb, a Korean exchange, that was able to improve visitor volume, putting the exchange 12th on the list.

Okex’s position was downgraded owing to the fact that it “has repeatedly unilaterally changed its trading rules during the rating period, including data rollbacks and modifying its contract delivery rules.” Also, a large number of platform clients suffered unnecessary losses before Bitcoin Cash hard fork as a result of inaccurate actions by company’s employees.
